Rigs of Rods is a powerful vehicle simulator developed by Pricorde and it serves well for testing various vehicles and the way the vehicles run on rough terrain, on water and in air. It includes a complex physics analysis system that allows the users to see the way complex vehicles and their aggregates run. The tool has an intuitive menu that allows the users to make changes upon settings regarding visual contents, controls, components, network and many others.
The game comes with support for multiplayer mode. The multiplayer mode allows the users to benefit from interacting with other people or their vehicles. What makes Rigs of Rods different from other similar applications is the realism imposed to the environment and machines; unlike other simulators that don`t show valuable details like crashing, smoke and visual damage on vehicles, this simulator does so.
All taken into consideration you should give Rigs of Rods a try when looking for realistic simulators regarding environment, rough terrain and vehicles; it is free, it has an intuitive menu and many customizable options that may improve the gameplay.
